To all our wonderful clients and the wider New Zealand market,
After 11 years at the helm of Rapid Results and icontact, we would like to announce that new owners will be taking over the reins over the coming months.
The change of ownership will be effective from 3 November 2014 and there will be a transition period of three months to 13 February 2015 during which time we still be available to clients and contacts.
Husband and wife team Tony and Carolyn Burnet are seasoned business professionals with a passion for training and staff development. Tony grew a network of 16 Shell stations [now Z] over a 25 year career while Carolyn has provided administrative assistance to the businesses over the past 15 years.
They have employed up to 140 staff across 16 stations in Northland and Auckland and have an absolute commitment to outstanding customer service, having won several Shell customer service awards.
We look forward to introducing Carolyn and Tony to as many of our contacts as possible over the coming months.
We acknowledge our terrific team at Rapid Results including Jade and Denise and our fantastic facilitators and assessors who will continue their association and provide ongoing solutions that will build on those already provided.
Our next business venture will be further developing our online e-learning site LearningPlanet, which we launched in April 2013. This has proved to be a successful solution for refresher training, coaching and other associated applications and we will be focusing our attention on growing this business both in New Zealand and overseas.
Over the past 11 years we have developed a number of wonderful relationships, and have enjoyed building training programmes and processes that will be maintained and further developed moving forward under the same brands. We will remain as board members and contract facilitators as needed.
We want to take this opportunity to thank all those who have supported us by both using and promoting our services.
