Objective

To develop trainers’ ability to deliver a high impact, interactive, thought provoking training session. Encompassing group control, accelerated learning techniques, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques and how to maximise the use of various training tools, the session is designed to take the trainer from room set up to closing feedback forms.

In essence the A-Z of top training methodology to provide memorable, high retention training sessions. Participants also have the opportunity to practise these skills during the course.
