Our Goal

Help you and your teams understand the psychology of both ourselves and clients when chasing overdue accounts. The focus is on how to negotiate on the phone or face to face while still retaining as a customer.  This is for the first stages of collecting outstanding debts – a soft approach to have you high on the list to repay as quickly as possible.  The negotiation techniques are also very useful in other areas and not just contained to debt collection.

What We’ll Cover

Gaining Committment

‘Closing’ techniques to get immediate and full settlement.

Outbound Calling

Skills to prepare for debt collection calls. Be in the right “head space”

Influencing Techniques
